We will process all deletion requests within 30 calendar days, in compliance with GDPR Article 17 and CCPA Section 1798.105.
Upon approval, we delete your personal identifiers (name, email, phone, location), your résumé text, and any AI-generated summaries. Anonymised aggregate statistics that cannot be linked back to you may be retained for reporting purposes.
Requests may be declined if we have a legal obligation to retain the data (e.g., tax or employment records), or if the data is necessary to defend a legal claim.
